My daughter was diagnosed with anorexia last July 2017. Our lives have been turned upside down by her battle with herself, her image, her will to live. I never imagined this would be me, my family, my daughter. Our struggles have brought us closer, then further apart. We have hope, then lost hope. One things remains the same all the time, my daughter hates her body. She has some wonderful friends that are doing what they can to support Emma in her school and life. They have been saviours!
Emma and I are both creative people and work through issues with our creativity. We completed this project with some of the girls from her International school in Switzerland and feel it is pretty great piece on teens and their views on themselves, their peers, and life stuck in a teen body.
