Quatre Instants de Nudité / Four Moments of Nudity
I have been taking photos with models, mainly female, for a very long time.
Why only photos of women? Surely because women are a great source of inspiration for me.
Certainly also, for this book, I wanted to idealize everything that makes their differences, their beauty, their sweetness, their emotions, their power of seduction.
I also appreciate this exchange, this trust, even this complicity that is created between the person photographed and the photographer.
Many of my photos are made in the studio or for the nude photo the neutral decor cannot intervene in the reading of the image.
For this series on the female nude, I wanted to highlight the body, magnify it, try to sublimate the curves, lines and feminine beauty.
To avoid monotony or repetitions I played with lights, shadows and white or black backgrounds.
Variations in contrast depending on the background or the lighting allowed me to highlight details or emphasize shapes and lines.
This digital book will allow a global vision of my approach, consistent with my view of femininity.
