Bonjour !
Visa has taken place and this is what is important.
Perpignan is one of the rare oases of photojournalism which still exist.
Thanks again to the students of the ESJ-PRO school and to Laurence Creusot for their coverage of the festival.
With the virus and its bad news accelerators, the disaffection of the traditional media, the gradual disappearances of the last patrons and sponsors, the closures of places: entire counterparts of photography have fallen from Charybdis to Scylla!
What will happen tomorrow ? I don’t know, except that we rare going to have to seriously reinvent ourselves!

ESJ PRO is a training and consulting organization for the media, a subsidiary of the Centre France group, associated with the Ecole Supérieure de Journalisme de Lille.
In Montpellier, ESJ PRO has three work-study journalism training courses (print press / web, radio and television). These programs are accessible to young people under the age of 26 on a professionalization contract.
The students of ESJ PRO Montpellier have been covering the international photojournalism festival in Perpignan, Visa pour l’Image, for more than ten years. This faithful collaboration allows very young journalists to look at the photojournalists around the world.
This year, 12 young journalists from the print and web media are contributing to the Focus blog on Visa pour Image 2020.
