There are nocturnal dreams and there are daydreams. This photographic series is inspired by the traces left by daydreams in our subconscious. Faces, lights, fugitives shadows and traces of blood compose this strange journey into undefined thoughts. The series is designed as an uneventful narration where desires collide with reality. These digital short poems have been composed from my original photographs taken from 2010 to 2015. This work is (secretly) inspired by the Mediterranean light — in a metaphorical sense : a primordial light that haunts us like a recurring dream.
