The Warm Festival 2017 begins this Wednesday, June 28, until July 2. The inauguration of the festival will take place at 7 pm at the Kino Meeting Point with the opening of the exhibition Never Ending Stories by Pierre Courtin. At 8 pm, Barbara Anastacio’s film The Lost Rolls will be screened in a project led by Ron Haviv. The latter will present his film Biography of a Photo, before Greg Barker shows Legion of Brothers.
Other exhibitions will also be shown. Curated by the Post-Conflict Research Center and the Art Works Project Chicago, Transitions will display works by Midhat Poturovic (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Juan Arredondo (Colombia), Martin Lukongo (DRC), Sophia Nahli Allison (United States of America). Finally, Mevludin Ekmečić presents the exhibition Drawing the War.
