This very young creator, 25, is currently preparing for his master’s degree in art photography at the Valand Academy in Gothenburg (Sweden). Previously, he obtained a photography degree at the Brescia Academy of Fine Arts (LABA), which influenced his creative practice.
Stefano Conti is a visual artist in his personal way, the final image is present to fix a testimony of the history of objects and their environment. More worn by still lifes and the enhancement of an experience of the object, the photographer takes care to associate his hypnotic vision of the object. The intimist, minimalist and miniaturized expression of his works creates a visual confusion that challenges and fixes the feeling distilled by each image. His graphic approach, still a little uncertain, should be full of promise in a future.
