Screen Lab is an American training and mentorship program that focuses on production and distribution of visual narratives across media platforms. The Labs are designed for practicing visual storytellers working alongside top experts who help them navigate the markets beyond traditional photography and editorial media, such as broadcasting, film, art, and technology. The Labs explore the potential of participants’ projects and address their production, financing and distribution challenges.
This June, Screen Lab Express goes to Milan, Italy as part of a program in partnership with Cortona on the Move festival to be hosted by Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan. Screen Lab Express Milan will be an intensive 4-day program for photographers, filmmakers and visual artists visual journalists focusing on production and distribution of visual narratives in the film, digital video and art markets.
The Lab will be lead by the following photographers, artists and producers:
