Nadia Maria is a photographer from Sao Paulo, Brazil, she started taking pictures when she was 7/8 years old, photographing her dolls, films have always been her favorite game. Since then she studied,and explored photography. When she was18 years old she studied photography at Senac / Brazil. Studies and discoveries are never-ending, actually.
“My work has a sentimental value too large for me, most of the images, when they are not made directly during events, are images that comes into my head before I sleep, things I see when I close my eyes, then I write them down, I draw them somehow and then try to create them.They are feelings, thoughts that overflow when the day ends. As I’ve never been very good at writing, photography are my book, a diary of my feelings, inner thoughts and even of my unconscious.”
