Simply enjoy the awakening of the birds and the first tirades of an insomniac blackbird in the morning light or, at the end of the day, the coolness of the evening and the sudden vocalizations of a hurrying tawny owl, to stop for a moment on the edge.
Surprise the red flame of a marauding fox or the dazzling hunt of the sparrow hawk and deposit there all the parasites that clutter our souls. To forget the wanting, to forget the doing, to forget to taking, to leave the hubbub of the haste of manmade time and free the space to embrace that of the forest.
Leave the “outside” there and then, only then pass the dark palisade of the first trees to enter in the forest, to enter the forest”.
