The French Development Agency (AFD) keeps up its collaboration with the world of photography in the second edition of its annual photo contest, Objectif Développment – AFD, and the first edition of Prix Photo AFD – Reporters du développement, on the theme “Cities and Men”.
The Prix Photo is open to all photography professionals as the AFD seeks their input on development, translating into images their high sensitivity to these issues regarding access to water, transport, social iintegration and sustainability. The Object Développment photo contest is open to the general public and is has five different categories.
This year’s two prizes will be awarded in mid-December 2012 at the Maison Européenne de la Photographie.
