The ritual has been repeated regularly for fifteen years, during the month of July. A giant screen is installed in a public garden in the small village of Pierrevert and transforms the square into a theater of lights photographed outdoors. It’s friendly and it’s warm in every sense of the word. It’s comforting to see a multitude of real photographs scrolling by, an operation that is totally on the way out in favor of careerist neuroses. In Pierrevert, we will be, this year again, involved in exchange and sharing. In line with the great sponsors of previous years, this year it will be Sarah Moon who will protect the event. Let’s hope that one of the last gatherings of authentic photographs remains anchored, with its values, in this village of Haute Provence. It is not easy to maintain a course without nostalgic tremolos.
Be careful, it’s not just for insomniac photophiles. You will also spend your days, weekends, wandering from one winery to another, from a cooperative cellar to the multipurpose hall, all the way to Manosque to discover the works of many creators.
