This exhibition is the result of the first Global Multimedia Open Call, endorsed by all the editions of Vogue worldwide to identify talented fashion image makers whose vision pushes the boundaries of the current fashion landscape, and to give them the opportunity to work within the Condé Nast Global Network.
The exhibition highlights the next generation of socially conscious fashion image makers, artists who are a driving force for change and whose work can engage in a dialogue with different genres, from documentary to art. Fashion has become a shared language and one of the primary tools to build identity and Vogue, through its photography and stories, has always tackled its intersection with sociopolitical issues by raising questions, embracing innovation, and even influencing change.
The exhibition features 40 artists from 24 countries, selected by an international jury:
Aart Verrips | Adeolu Osibodu | Alina Frieske | Ankita Das | Ashley Markle | Bettina Pittaluga | Carl van der Linde | Chiron Duong | Delali Ayivi | Elliot & Erick Jiménez | Ilyes Griyeb | Imraan Christian | Ines Vansteenkiste-Muylle | Jaimy Gail | Jara García Azor | Jo Fetto | Jodi Bieber | Jude Lartey | K Young Collage | Kin Chan | Kincső Bede | Kwabena Appiah-Nti | Lee-Ann Olwage | Myu Inoue | Nikita Yusman | Oghalé Alex | Rachel Lamb | Sackitey Tesa | Sasha Chaika | Shaghayegh Shayankhah | Shitanda | Silvana Trevale | Stella Asia Consonni | Stephan Gladieu | Tara Laure Claire | Samuel Trotter | Victoria Ruiz | Viridiana | Xavier Scott Marshall | Xiangyun Chen

“ Vogue’s photography has always shown our audience the wider world through the lens of fashion. It’s a thrill to see this spirit reflected in the images from PhotoVogue’s first global open call. These photographs are exciting, boundary-pushing, beautiful, and a reminder of how much creativity there is around the world, and how much more is always waiting to be discovered.” Anna Wintour – Chief Content Officer and Global Editorial Director of Condé Nast
