The exhibition presented by Maria Antonella Pelizzari at Hunter College provides an overview of Italian photography, relatively unknown in the US outside a circle of experts and fans. The inevitable Massimo Vitali is seen next to other big names like Ghirri, Jodice, Guidi and Basilico, but also younger artists like Alessandro Imbriaco and Maurizio Montagna.
