The gallery exhibits French-born New York-based artist, Julien Levy. The booth features Without You I’m Nothing, an experiential, room-like environment with photographic works. Works include Tiny Pretty Things, tiny photographs of the artist’s muses which beg for further inspection with magnifying glasses; An Erotic Map of Seoul, street photography on damaged film from Tokyo and Seoul; and a new series debuting at Paris Photo Los Angeles featuring images of a deserted Hong Kong shot on 30-year old black and white film, The tide will take you. The artist is also screening two powerful films: a manifesto film, Without You I’m Nothing featuring a monologue by model Ashley Smith; and A Fall Violence starring Lydia Graham of a cruel and confrontational break-up taken on the streets of New York City.
