Louis Stern (Los Angeles) showcases a variety of styles and subjects. From the Bauhaus minimalism of Judit Karasz to the luscious nudes of Lucien Clergue to the motion picture captures of Jean-Francois Spricigo, the gallery features images that catch meaning while observing flesh. In black and white or brilliant color, vintage and contemporary, these photographs and a few drawings are all born from the photographer’s impulse.
Among the artists presented are Michael Childers, Lucien Clergue, Judit Karasz, Michael Kenna, Leonard Nimoy, Magali Nougarede and Elizabeth Patterson.
