Gallery L’oeil ouvert is presenting Lou Sarda’s Ophelia, a series comprising a range of large and small format images on show for the first time this year.
The exhibition evokes Shakespeare’s magnificent yet tragic heroine, exploring her deepest feelings and taking us through the doors of her palace. There we see her beautiful, happy and in love. Little by little, however, insanity gains ground, until the young woman finally loses herself, going down to the river to end her tragic life.
A stunning series of photographs on show for the first time in France.
