A summer morning, a room, two female figures. A mother and her daughter. Maternity. The gift. I have always conceived maternity as a gift, a precious gift. I tried to crystallize in some photos this dreamlike moment, the love that binds a mother to her son. In the living space, in the daily life of a living environment that becomes a witness of this sentiment. An awakening. A room, a chair, a little bed, a table, a small jar of flowers, a forgotten fruit, the pages of a book. Their everyday objects, a reminder to mark an indissoluble link. Their hands, their faces, an embrace. Tied in the embrace of a sacred, pure feeling. There is word that links every single fragment, every single photo: ” Keep me tight “. There is a light that never goes out and is the one that illuminates the love of a mother and a daughter.
