The Gers, the unknown earth, or rather underestimated there is… I discover landscapes, lights, people to the engraved complexion, to the rocky voice, speaking the “Gascon”. Of this meeting was born the desire to realize a photographic project to pay tribute in the life of the farmers, in these people who every day shape the rural landscape for the needs for all. It, to constitute the memory of the rural life today, which allies the ancestral methods: inheritance and modern life. I testified, by this experience of the everyday life of these workers of the earth, I accompanied them in the works of fields, also breeding, for some and so shared a part of their intimacy. Thanks to them, I was able to depict, crossing the seasons, the symbiosis of the man and the earth.
