We started this story in Barcelona, right after I finished working there on a project. I was taking pictures of everything and it did get quite annoying, so my girlfriend dragged me forward. It didn’t stop me from taking pictures, so that’s how the first one was taken.
I quite liked the result, so we continued this series ever since.

I was born in 1985 in the mountains of Dagestan (Russia). I have graduated from Imperial College as a Civil Engineer (UK) back in 2008. After that I had two choices – either being an engineer and staying in the UK or going back to Moscow and start something from scratch. I decided to choose the second path and came back to Moscow to become a photographer. For about two years I was learning and taking photos semiprofessionally after which I decided to change path again. I started a production company with my friend Ilya called HYPe which specialize in commercials.
