Perch on a tree
This black and white photographic series explores the relationship between animals and their natural perch, the tree. Birds of prey in observation, falcons on the hunt, baboons on a break or birds in balance, each image captures a moment of suspended life, where nature freezes in a graphic harmony. The absence of colour reinforces the strength of the contrasts and highlights the textures. Through this black and white series, I seek to highlight the details of these animals and the tortuous graphics of the trees. A marriage that goes well together.
