Marta Bevacqua was born in Roma in 1989.
She discovered photography in college and devoted herself full time to it after having graduated in 2008. She started by exploring various areas of photography, but then decided to focus on fashion photography. Having done a campaign for Romeo Gigli Eyewear in 2011 and attended a brief course in fashion photography at the Central Saint Martins in London, she went on to produce several photographic series. Her work has been featured in numerous magazines and advertising campaigns.
She has participated in such project as PhotoVogue (Vogue Italia): PhotoVogue/Swatch and PhotoVogue/Martini. Most recently, Marta has won prizes at contests in Italy and abroad (Px3, International Photography Awards…). Marta is currently working on a number of personal artistic projects, nourished by her work in the world of fashion. She has resided in Paris since January 2014.
