Marseille is this year’s European Capital of Culture, and the project room at the agnès b. boutique on the Place d’Estienne d’Orves will be hosting exhibitions all year long.
Depaysement – Escale 1 ended on March 2, and now the work of photographers ‘Eric Bouttier and Danica Bijeljac will be on view from March 7 to April 27.
Like a photographic road movie shot with a toy camera, Bijeljac and Bouttier take us to Armenia and along the shores of the Mediterranean, from Croatia to Lebanon via Turkey and Syria. The artists invite viewers to join them on the journey and feel what it’s like to lose oneself.
