This is the funniest email of the week and we love the pictures!
I have been working on this project for a long time, at a slow pace because it takes me a lot of time, energy, and it is for various reasons complex to organize.
I have for the moment 9 images, which seems to me the minimum number to start calling it a series; and I said to myself, once these 9 images are ready, my plan will be the following:
- Write a text that explains my approach.
- Develop my website to present my various projects.
- Write to L’Oeil de la Photographie and Photo magazine.
- Consider who to send it to next.
I’m writing to you first because you’ve been my daily breakfast go-to (petit-suisse jam bread dipped in coffee) on my tablet, for years and years; because you made me discover photographers and photos that I did not know, or revisit photographers that I knew.
I hope that you will give a positive reception to my request, and I remain at your disposal for any additional requests.
