Fragile eternity

This photographic series is a reflection on the fragility of existence and the passage of time. Through portraits of young women, a parallel is drawn with Greco-Roman statues, symbols of a beauty frozen in eternity. These sculptures resonate with our incessant quest for immortality, while the deserts, vast silent expanses, evoke the inevitable disappearance, the erasure of traces. This dialogue between the living and the inert, between flesh and stone, questions our relationship to time and memory. But far from being inevitable, this impermanence reminds us of the precious value of each moment, carrying meaning and renewal.
