Chinese phone constructor Huawei opens its photo gallery in Paris, at 109 rue Montmartre. The gallery was inaugurated on September, 28th. The brand wants to make its gallery a place of promotion for young world photography and a soundboard for its online platform (Huawei Photo Academy).
Huawei Photo Academy and Huawei Photo Gallery complements each other, becoming both “places of confluence between photographic art and the smartphone”. Through tutorials, photographs, events and of course portfolios, the online platform allowed better knowledge of photographic potentialities taken by smartphones. With its gallery, viewers will be able to discover works from by Kares Leroy, NathParis, Cris Silvera, Julia Gat, Lily Rose and Max Pasadore, the first beneficiaries of this program.
