The new Haute Photographie fair will take place in Rotterdam from February 8 to 11, 2018, during the Rotterdam Art Week. The fair breaks with other traditional fairs, as it won’t have any stands for example. Haute Photographie is conceived as a meeting place for photographers, gallerists, curators and collectors. Haute Photographie will also host an exhibition bringing together the most eminent and curious young Dutch photographer at the moment..
Six artists were invited by curators Roy Kahmann and Willemjin van der Zwaan to exhibit together. They are Paul Cupido, Bart Lunenburg, Kevin Osepa, Peronne Pere, Alexander Sporre, Tamara Stoffers. These artists will notably be ‘The artists are guided towards their first commercial appearance in three coaching meetings with the co-curators. These meetings offer an opportunity to discuss both artistic and commercial aspects of the presentation, as well as the further development of the artist’s oeuvre.’
