Pierre Borhan Bonhomme – who has been the director of the Photographic Patrimony (Ministry of Culture) during 15 years – is currently working on an exhibition, which will be presented in 2014 both in France and in the USA. A book will also complete the exhibition.
About 250 photographs from the masters of the still image, some of the most original creators, aesthetes, photo reporters will be featured; witnesses of the evolution of this public / private life in this place like no other, between land and sea.
This is the evolution of this place – its facilities, its socializations – its suits worn by people who meet there, their leisure (relaxation, sun baths, games, sports, flirting) and the relationship to the body, which will be trace in this international saga. He has expressed his interest for some of the vacation pictures published throughout this month. We will give him the email addresses of the photographers whom he want to contact and then, only you will decide to give a continuation.
