The jury for the Prix PHPA 2014 met on Tuesday, September 2nd, to select the year’s best photo. This edition of the prize was won by Gregor Beltzig for a photograph shot at the Hôtel des Grand Hommes almost a year ago. The staff of the Hôtels Paris Rive Gauche selected a photograph by Vincent Fillon.
