Around 20 French women photographed by Gérard Uféras wearing Triumph lingerie, produced in partnership with Joséphine Beauté, will be on display in different places over the next six months. The first edition was held at the Arts Déoratifs in Paris.
“There is no love without a dazzle in the heart, no real pleasure without the marvel of beauty,” wrote Marguerite Yourcenar. With Arty Sensation, Gérard Uféras strove to reveal the beauty within each of us.
Born in Paris in 1954, Uféras was awarded a Prix Médicis in 1990, and a World Press Photo award in the category “Art Stories” in 1991. A co-founder of the VU agency, for the past fifteen years he has been a member of the Rapho agency.
