Good food and good eating…

Les Halles Paul Bocuse in Lyon is a world unto itself. Smells, sounds, images, conviviality, friendship – everything here is dedicated to good food. The temple of gastronomy resonates with friendly noises: corks being pulled, shuckers, butchers, pastry chefs, fishmongers and caterers, all of whom I wanted to capture in this incessant hubbub. It’s a place not to be missed, a place that’s photographic by nature for the photographer in me.
