The “InKantations” series has the particularity of being the result of a collaboration between two artists, the photographer Aaron and the visual artist Cécile Coent (inks).
“InKantations” is a sacred song addressed to the woman who is reborn from her ashes. It pays homage to all the women who are recovering from the chaos of their lives …
Women have always experienced physical, sexual and moral violence, confinement, prohibition to exist or to express their opinions, loss of a child, inability to give birth… The feminine energy is judged , ridiculed, denied. They receive little respect in the patriarchal universe.
“InKantations” invites us to become aware of all these wounds and to see the rebirth of the sacred feminine. This tribute propels us into a dreamlike and almost organic universe that is expressed through the body. The woman reconnects with her inner strength, the original woman, to better heal her wounds. The sacred brings us back to transcendence to the absolutely magical and mysterious character of our existence.
“InKantations” invites you to listen to your body, your intuition, your heart, your sensitivity and your sensuality, to regain all your power and be fulfilled.

This project was born from the collaboration of four artists who immediately recognized each other through their common sensibility.
Cécile COENT, visual artist, who delivers her soul to the colors of her inks.
AARON, artist photographer, fascinated by human emotions.
Aïline NISHI and Roxane PEREZ, invested models, touched by grace.
The shots are taken in total immersion, in Cécile’s projected works, in order to permeate the work of the models. Aaron, through his creativity, transposes this skilful blend of the arts into a completely innovative dream world.
