It is a project that is born casually in the only time in my life when I was on vacation in a spa resort (Catez, Slovenia).
I think a storyteller photographer is a strange animal, even if he is on holiday never stops working, thinking what he could do etc … and I dipped in the hot water of that spa I realized that people assumed particular aspects , once immersed and cradled by the water, he had ecstatic attitudes, relaxed joyful, expressing in a nutshell a deep state of well-being. This spa exploration project started and has taken a more “explorative” than non-storytelling look.
For the time being, research has taken place in Ecuador, where hot water is generated by the proximity of active volcanoes, in Tuscany, where there are some very popular free spas in the middle of nature, in Budapest, where the subsoil is perforated and there are elegant Habsburgs spa.
Water vapor has turned out to be a kind of catalyst, or rather an enhancer of ecstatic well-being and sometimes mystery.
From the hot water or its immediate vicinity I tried to get a deep wellbeing and I came across the universe of gestures, since everywhere the same things happen, in other words I have found a universality of mankind.
