At the heart of my work is a broken vision, dark and lyrical. But the lyricism is deeply realistic. With climate change, the swim cap is an “absurd” symbol of man’s vain struggle against torrential rains, high winds and tsunamis. When nature has disappeared, the floral cap will remind us of the day when flowers were still fragrant.
