Paris Match and Getty Images announce exclusive partnership
Paris Match, France’s premiere news magazine and Getty Images, one of the world’s leading content creators, have today announced an unprecedented partnership which will see Getty Images as the key global distribution partner for the magazine, representing Paris Match’s award-winning content around the world.
A selection of more than 200,000 contemporary and historic photographs from the Paris Match archives will be distributed internationally by Getty Images, across the media company’s global business network in over 100 countries. The rich vein of represented content will span from the 1940s to the present day, featuring exclusive behind-the-scenes shoots and breaking news.
This new partnership combines Paris Match’s tremendous historic and contemporary content with the quality and accessibility that Getty Images is renowned for. Available in 120 countries, Paris Match now offers greater access to its photographic content: a treasure-trove of content, exclusive scoops and snapshots from the 1940s to today. This collection will expand upon the already extensive Getty Images archive of over 85 million images.
