The Dreamers” Annual Competition launches search for young photography talent in Greater Paris.
The Annual Competition “The Dreamers” announces the launch of its annual quest to discover promising young talents aged 12 to 16 in the field of photographic art in Greater Paris.
Winners will benefit from free masterclasses led by photography experts. These creative and technical sessions will guide young talents in artistic expression through the language of photography. At the end of the program, participants will have the chance to present their first compiled portfolio, along with critiques and recommendations from the educators.
This initiative is made possible thanks to the generous support of Hahnemühle, a world leader in the production of fine art paper, and Atelier D-Images, a Paris-based fine art printing studio, as well as amap studio photo et video, a photo and video studio located in the heart of Paris, opposite the famous Père Lachaise cemetery.
Entry to the competition is entirely free, and young photographers can apply on the dedicated website: www.kids.thedreamers.life.
Competition jury
The competition jury is made up of renowned professionals from the photographic industry, including Emilia Genuardi, jury president, specialist in contemporary photography and curator. Other members of the jury include Delphine Piovant, founder of the D-Images workshop, Guillaume Martial, photographer, Jean-Philippe Carré-Mattei, photographer and teacher, Véronique de Viguerie, photojournalist, and Édouard Mendis, the youngest member of the jury, aged 13.
