An endowment of € 6,000 will be offered to the laureate following the photographic encounters organized by The Association of the Friends of the Albert-Kahn Museum to support a photographer engaged in a work combining photography and the humanities, in accordance with the humanistic values embodied by Albert Kahn: Openness to the world and respect for others / The dialogue of cultures through the discovery of territories and populations

About fifty expert-volunteers from the world of photography will receive the photographers who will take part in the portfolio readings of the Friends of the Albert-Kahn Museum, including: Christian CAUJOLLE (Curator), Caroline STEIN (Director of Sponsorship at Banque Neuflize OBC), Françoise DENOYELLE (Art expert and curator), Béatrice ANDRIEUX (Independent curator), Lionel CHARRIER (Libération), Caroline ARHUERO (CNAP), Chantal NEDJIB (President of L’image par l’image), Monique PLON (Gens d’Images), Marty DE MONTEREAU (Collector), Odile ANDRIEU (Director of the Festival des Promenades photographiques), Isabelle DARRIGRAND (Collector), Charlotte FLOSSAUT (Director of WHAT’S UP PHOTODOC), Christine OLLIER (Art historian and curator of photography exhibitions), Patricia COUTURIER (Photo director of VSD), Nathalie GALLON (Curator, artistic advisor and freelance editorial director of photography books), Katie BREEN (Photography consultant for Marie Claire International)…
At the end of these encounters, a jury of experts, chaired by Christian Caujolle, will meet in March to grant the Friends of the Albert-Kahn Museum 2019 Fellowship.
