Lot 55: NASA. LARGE FORMAT. Impressive "Splash Down" of the capsule of the Apollo 14 mission returning to Earth after a perfectly successful mission. The Apollo 14 mission was very important to NASA after the failure of Mission Apollo 13, which was unable to land on the Moon due to an incident that put the lives of astronauts at risk. This return of the astronauts from the Apollo 14 mission was a triumphant return for NASA, demonstrating that Apollo was a veritable space Odyssey that would remain engraved in history for the sake of time as was the voyage of discovery America by Christophe Collomb in 1492.
