The photographic story “Freedom of Movement. On the Last European Frontline” documents life on the contact line for millions of Ukrainians trapped by the conflict.
The exhibition will showcase the images taken by Pulitzer Prize photojournalist Manu Brabo on assignment for the Ukraine NGO Forum in February 2019. The photographer visited all five official checkpoints of the 500 km ‘line of contact’, which marks the boundary between the government-controlled areas and the separatist-held areas of eastern Ukraine.
