This is the term of the new exhibition which will be open from September 2 to 26 at the Château des Tourelles in Plessis-Trévise, in this space devoted to art in all its forms. In the heart of this city 20 minutes from Paris, the town hall of Plessis-Trévise had bought this 19th century castle to make it a permanent animation of contemporary art. This place of culture seeks to show all the diversity, creativity and eclecticism of today’s artists.
And indeed, with this new exhibition which opens on September 2, three artists are invited to show their works, Laura Enciso, Rémy Portrait and Macha de Bonneville, for the photographic side. Macha was passionate very young for the photo. She was born in this environment, but rather than the news photo, it is towards the art she turned. After continuing photo lessons in Montreal, she returned to France where she devoted herself to this photographic art revised and corrected by an eye that wants to be resolutely innovative. An dream eye if we believe the definition of this adjective that of an overflowing imagination.
After having photographed a subject, an object, a landscape that challenges him, she looks at the technological means made available to her to review her shots. She likes multi-expositions that allow a spectacular rendering.
She chose to present at the Château des Tourelles 16 of her large format works, on brushed aluminum, plexiglass or photo paper with framing! Among the photos presented, there are two triptych and a quadriptych on New York completely amazing which shows how much this aluminum medium sublimates the photo.
