As soon as I entered the E.N.S.A.D. school of art and design in Paris, I chose photography to be the medium for my imagination, and I have never stopped taking pictures. Harmony, timelessness, sensuality, emotion, joy and color are the materials of my images. Magritte, Matisse and Rothko are my companions. My tool, a camera, is invariably medium format. What I try to do is capture a reality that is more real than what we perceive. I like to step aside and let the viewer see for herself.
