It is also the last where the subscription price will remain the same as 4 years ago. On October 15th, our subscriptions will increase to 8 euros monthly and 69 euros annually*.
The growth in terms of sections, contributors and journalists, accompanied by the inflation, impose this increase on us.
Subscription remains the main financial source of L’Œil de la Photographie. It is the guarantor of our independence, our freedom of choice and tone.
Our audience is exceptional. In 2018, “only” 150,000 unique monthly visitors. Five years later, it is now between 450,000 and 500,000 visitors, from the United States to France, from the United Kingdom to Japan, who discover a different edition every day. These constantly increasing statistics make your newspaper the benchmark for photographic news. Above all, they tell us the accuracy of our intention: to talk about photography everywhere in the world, in all its forms.
We are counting on you, to subscribe to the premium version of our magazine in order to access all the archives (more than 35,000 articles), all the photos of the daily publications, our entire image database ( 350,000 photos!), as well as the sections dedicated to paying subscribers : “Coups de Coeur”, “The Siver Eye” and “Le Bar de l’Œil”.
Launched last spring, the three new sections that you feed daily are increasingly enriched by your submissions! And the numerous summer pictures, of very high quality, testify to the enthusiasm of our community. Thank you for your support !
