It is quite rare these days to see a brand taking a bold bet for their image. The news of Doug Menuez taking on the challenge of photographing the Peninsula Hotels campaign reminded me of when Aspesi, the Italian fashion brand hired Robert Frank to create their catalog, probably the only time Frank paid attention to fashion. Well, in both cases the results are splendid! Doug sent us these few words:
