This major news item went relatively unnoticed. Vera Michalski, owner of the Libella group, which includes Buchet/Chastel among others, has just acquired Editions Robert Delpire. Vera Michalski-Hoffmann is the sister of Maja Hoffmann, the mecene of the Rencontres d’Arles festival. Robert Delpire will stay on as editor of the publishing house.
