Passionate argentic photographer, my favorite cameras are Mamiya 645s and Nikon F2as.
For my photographic projects I use mostly slide film often expired because no more produced for many years.
Developed as a cross-process, these films naturally take dominant red, pink, blue or even green tones in the series I present here.
Located in Israel in the northern suburbs of Haifa, this long beach of 3 km is frequented by locals, mainly from eastern countries.
Time stopped there 50 years ago as this heterogeneous mixture creates a particular atmosphere.
In the early morning a stream of retired bathers practice an energetic and saving swim.
Little by little the beach is populated by families, children playing in the sand and spectators attracted by spectacular sunsets.
I happen to meet these picturesque characters to collect anecdotes and capture these moments of life.
