The second edition of the festival Circulation(s) that took place in Bagatelle Park in Paris last March was a successful experience. It received about 25’000 visitors. Offering a fresh perspective on Europe through photography, the Festival Circulation(s) has shown 40 young photographers, who were invited to show their work to a large audience.
Fetart launches the third edition of the festival Circulation(s) under the patronage of François Cheval, director of the museum Nicéphore Niepce. This third edition will take place in February/March 2013 the festival Circulation(s) is becoming a major annual event dedicated to contemporary photography.
The call for submissions is open to all European photographers or photographers residing in Europe in their early career as artists. The photographers will be selected based on the quality of their artistic practice and the relevance of their work. There is no theme and freestanding photographic installations are accepted.
About 20 photographers representing a large panel of European photographers new generation will be selected to exhibit their works.
The submissions must be received by September 20, 2012.
