Carla Sozzani is one of two fabled sisters of Italian photography. The other is her elder sister Franca, the director of Italian Vogue. Carla also passed through Vogue, then she launched Italian Elle before finally 28 years ago, creating 10 Corso Como, a concept store commercializing luxury products, around an art gallery. “ the 10 Corso Como, this is a living magazine with which I have a constant relationship with the readers”, she explained, “You can’t have this kind of relationship with a paper magazine, and I need to share. Downstairs, there are the related products, the clothes, the jewelry… upstairs 400 square meters of bookshop and gallery.”
