The reknowned Modern Art Fair – ArtParis– will for the 6th consecutive year take place in the nef of the Grand Palais from March 31 through April 3, 2011. Initiated in 1998, the event that attracted more than 47,000 visitors last year now features 120 international contemporary, modern, and design art galleries from 18 countries.
ArtParis 2011, directed by Lorenzo Rudolf, aims to push the limits of traditional art fairs and create a new format focused on exclusive artistic projects for contemporary and modern artists.
Lorenzo Rudolf explains: “In 2010, we reshaped the contours of ArtParis, opening it up to new horizons and adapting it to today’s techniques. In 2011, we are continuing this evolution and are preparing for a more surprising, higher quality ArtParis”
