A PERSONAL VIEW
My work and life are one and the same. Neither follow movements or expectation but follow their own path informed by each previous step. All of my images have a feeling of having been sculpted from the shadows as I work my way, with few tools and light to an honest image. I am very interested in uncluttered natural beauty. I do not use titles for my work, as I want the viewer to have there own interpretation of the image. My journey is through my heart and what I learn along the way is presented to the viewer in emotional and raw picture spaces.
These images were made using an old Polaroid land camera and 665 black and white Polaroid negative film witch is no longer in production. They were then hand printed to the highest quality. This was a project based on the simple study of the female nude. I used only daylight and the Polaroid camera hand held. I wanted to capture the natural beauty of women in the most simplistic way.
These photo’s were printed using a Lith developer. When using this style of hand printing the results are always unpredictable and no 2 prints can ever be exactly the same. This makes each print a unique piece of Art.
These prints are in an edition of only 2.
