His name: André Lejarre.
His exhibition was held on the occasion of the Fête de l’Humanité 2023 this last weekend, at its new location, base 217 in Brétigny sur Orge.
He has been taking pictures for 50 years; photographing the working world, its struggles, and the daily life in the cities which are his heartfelt subjects.
He was one of the co-founders of the “ bar Floréal” and one of the organisers during its 30 years of existence.
