Alice Jacquemin grew up in Poitiers but later moved to Lyon then Paris where she tried her hand at various artistic media. As a Jack-of-all-trades, she finally found her favoured means of expression in photography. Aged 24 Jacquemin now has a degree from Les Gobelins and focuses her work on the body, its movements, and on portraits. Her soft, feminine universe meant she naturally took an interest in fashion, in the image, lines, curves and symmetries as well as light, all elements with their reference in a major source of inspiration: painting.
